Letter to the Editor
I agree with you that this judge is a hero for what she stands for and her blunt honesty about the "unintended consequences of government." But I don't agree that the Democrats are opposing her because they are racist. After all, if she touted the normal socialism they expect, they would be supporting her.
They oppose her simply because she stands for the Constitution, traditional American values of small government and solving problems through non-government solutions. That is what they hate with a vengeance. That is the only reason they oppose her.
They want to keep fascism. She wants freedom.
