At a California fund-raiser for lefty-liberal Sen. Barbara Boxer in late June, Hillary Rodham Clinton declared that Democrats mean to raise taxes on the American people by repealing the Bush tax cuts. As Hillary emphasized: "We're saying that for America to get back on track, we're probably going to cut that short and not give it to you. We're going to take things away from you on behalf of the common good." Can't get plainer than that.
