Democratic Racism

Racism personally has affected me. My family was the only Jewish family in a wasp and Catholic town. As a child I was chased and had rocks thrown at me. I had supposedly killed Christ and was therefore responsible for the bad things happening to my persecutors.
It never made sense to me then and it doesn't now.
One of my good friends is a guy named Michael Machado. He lived on Tremont Street in Avalon, Catalina Island. He was a guy with a better tan than me. When I was a kid he called himself, just like the others, a Mexican. He was in my house, I was in his. We shared a love of aquariums, tropical fish, and the like. My sister married and had kids with his cousin. That makes me a relative of his I suppose. My sister and I are the same color as Michael, pink.
I call all people pink in color because that is the color of a human living brain. I have seen the color of life because of the work I do in the healthcare field.
The color of a person is the color of their thoughts.
I just wrote that in case you wanted to look it up.Mike and I are the same color behind our eyes. Neither of us thought anything about what race we were. Race still makes no sense to me.
I didn't kill Christ. I didn't make other people's lives worse in any way. But as children, they felt it made a difference. They didn't know anything then.
Children can be excused because of their ignorance and poor impulse control. How do you excuse grown adults such as Clinton who actually taught constitutional law in Arkansas?
The links that follow will show you what I mean in ways that I'd find hard to emulate.
Watts hits Clinton on charges of racism.
Sorting by Race
Guns don't kill black people, other blacks do.
