DNC Busted, Media Ignores News

I swear that I thought it was community outreach - with a lot of money in small, unmarked bills. The Federal Elections Commission has imposed record fines totaling almost $750,000 against Democrats for illegal fund-raising, including taking funds from foreign governments, in 1996.

Over 20 corporations and individuals gave for illegal cash - and there's more! Of course, this major story has barely rated a mention by the mainstream media.

There are some politicians money cannot buy. Toricelli and Algore are not one of them.

From www.RushLimbaugh.com:

The FEC dropped $3 million in fines because they couldn't find the contributors or the companies turned out to be fronts. Here we have shell corporations, laundered money, foreign conduits, people that have fled the jurisdiction and quid pro quos at the DNC.

This stuff is worse than The Sopranos – no surprise, since Bob Torricelli was their chief Senate fundraiser. Then again, at least Uncle Junior was caught. The head of this organization, Bill Clinton and his capo Algore, are still at large. Where are you, Senator McCain?

Why not enforce the laws on the books and prosecute these guys, instead of passing that campaign finance reform bill to rip up our First Amendment rights? The whole CFR issue claimed that we needed new laws, but they never enforced the ones we have on the books!

Campaign finance reform was designed to provide an escape valve for the Clinton administration and Gore. Here's a guy just cited by the FEC as being involved in accepting illegal campaign money,
out making a speech about what we ought to do with the war on terrorism and making nice to people who liken our president to Hitler
