By RICHARD JOHNSON with PAULA FROELICH and CHRIS WILSONSOME of the millions of dollars socked away for the Bill Clinton Presidential Library will build the ex-commander-in-chief a nice country house. Dick Morris, Clinton's political advisor for much of his career, will be quoted in the February Gotham magazine saying: "The Clinton Library slush funds' will pay for a summer house/conference center' on a lake in Arkansas which will become a party house for the ex-president. It establishes the personal nature of the money that was paid as a bribe . . . the guy is going to live the rest of his life off this money." Morris also writes that Sen. Hillary Clinton has been quiet lately because of "her fear of being indicted" over the presidential pardon of four Hasidic swindlers in Rockland County, where she pulled some unusual votes. Morris concludes by speculating that President Bush probably doesn't want to see either of the Clintons indicted. Morris notes, "There is a saying, Elephants disapprove of elephant-hunting on moral grounds.' "
